I help individuals and teams leverage change to unlock greater potential and fulfillment.

As a certified coach (ACC, ICF) and organizational development practitioner, I partner with individuals and teams to leverage periods of transition and workplace change as opportunities for meaningful discovery, growth and impact.

My path to this work has been shaped by my own personal transitions and professional experiences.

In 2021, I left my role as a people manager at Meta to assess alignment between my professional life and personal values. This reflection led me to pivot towards coaching and organizational development, with a clear focus: supporting the growth of individuals and teams while building workplace systems that enhance employee wellbeing, engagement and performance.

I've found this work to be especially powerful in the context of change, whether navigating personal transitions or today's ever-evolving workplace.

Change and its invitation to adapt and rediscover has been a consistent teacher throughout my own personal and professional journeys — from career pivots and acclimating to new leadership roles, to managing elder care responsibilities alongside professional demands.

My evolution as a leader has involved guiding teams through various types of organizational change. At Meta, I led my team through the transition to remote work during Covid while managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced culture. In the NGO sector, I launched health projects in southern Africa, carefully navigating team dynamics and cultural nuance to align multinational teams around shared objectives.

When we attend to how change affects us, individually and collectively, we don't just achieve better outcomes – we inspire more engaged, agile and collaborative responses. We tap into unexpected potential, generating powerful momentum in our lives, teams and organizations.

I combine my skills as an integral coach, team facilitator and change practitioner to meet the needs of individuals, teams and organizations. 

I am a certified coach (ACC, ICF) and hold certifications as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and Everything DiSC® facilitator. Additionally, I earned a graduate degree in global health from Johns Hopkins with a focus on behavior change. I am bilingual in English and Spanish.

    • Facilitated team experiences in service of enhancing team collaboration, communication and productivity.

I believe in the power of coaching and team development work to support any individual or organization interested in cultivating greater potential and results during a period of change.

I offer my services on a sliding scale for individuals and organizations working in the nonprofit sector, and have limited pro-bono opportunities for individuals and organizations for which these services are not otherwise accessible.
