“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”

~Carl Jung

I work one-on-one with clients using an Integral Coaching approach.

My Coaching Approach

Integral coaching supports you to bring your whole self to life, meeting you where you’re at in your experience and guiding you towards the experience you want to create.

My coaching approach is designed to guide you in this process, engaging each of the pillars below according to what emerges in each of our sessions (vs. a linear, templated approach).

I partner with you to …

Illuminate your vision

Together we clarify aspirations to gain crystal clarity on what you want to achieve and cultivate as you navigate transition.

Deepen connection to your wholeness and innate wisdom

I’ll invite you into a tailored, holistic process of self-discovery designed to access what’s really true for (all parts of) you, leveraging this wisdom as the compass with which to navigate change with greater intentionality, direction, courage and resilience.

Navigate internal and external forces

We delve deep to invite your whole self forth as we discover and engage with what’s holding you back and with what’s propelling you forward in your internal and external experiences. You will begin to discern which narratives, mindsets and assumptions are no longer serving you in order to create more space for those that do.

Embrace boundless possibilities

I’ll invite you to experiment with and discover practices that expand your sense of spaciousness, possibility and potential as transition unfolds in your personal or professional experience. As you feel into what works for you, our work then supports you to more fully embody the ways of being that empower you to generate the outcomes you desire.

Bridge vision with action

I partner with you to sense into and name your tangible next steps, supporting you to experiment towards the most resonant and fulfilling path forth as transition unfolds. I help you clarify your accountability plan so that intent and commitment transform into action and progress towards your goals.

The philosophy of my approach is informed by the New Ventures West Integral Coaching methodology that integrates teachings of many movements, traditions, fields of study, and people, including:

Integral Coaching Principles

Honoring all parts of an individual as an integrated whole.

Wholeness

Embodiment

Discovery and integration of insights through somatic practices that bring the whole body into awareness.

Sustainable

Cultivating all three wisdom centers (mind, heart, body) as the compass with which to navigate life as it unfolds over the long-term.

Vertical Development

Deepening capacity for embodied awareness, compassion, self-care, integrity and discernment as the developmental path from which to generate one’s desired experience.

This is distinct from linear, horizontal development which emphasizes skills-building, how tos and knowledge acquisition as the path towards goal attainment. While integral coaching does not exclude this path of development, it does not lead with it.

As an International Coaching Federation (ICF) crendentialed coach, my practice and approach adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics which describes the core values of the ICF, as well as the ethical principles and ethical standards of behavior for all ICF professionals.
